String Of Car Burglaries In Parsippany Overnight: PD

If you think your car was burglarized, police ask that you avoid touching anything and call them immediately.

PARSIPPANY, NJ — A string of car burglaries happened in Parsippany overnight into Wednesday, and police think there could still be more victims.

Police say the Hunting Ridge Development (Crown Point Road area) and The Preserve at Mazdabrook Development (Raymound Boulevard Area) were hit by overnight burglaries Tuesday into Wednesday. They think other area could have also been targeted.

If you believe your car was burglarized, police ask that you not enter the car or touch any items inside, and instead call them on the non-emergency number: 973-263-4300 ext. 0.

"Multiple individuals" were taken in for questioning Wednesday morning, police said. They anticipate releasing more information as the investigation continues.
