Teens Found High With Drugs In Park: Morris Co. Park Police

MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — Morris County Park Police made several arrests between Nov. 19 and Nov. 22, including for teens and adults with drugs in local parks, and warrants. You can read about those arrests, as written by police, here:
11/19: ARRESTS FOR NARCOTICS: Officers observed a County Ordinance violation at Loantaka Brook Reservation in Morris Township. An investigation led to Michael C. Kopfmann, age 18, of Madison, to be charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance and Being Under the Influence of a Controlled Dangerous Substance. A second man, (removed), 19 of Salem was charged, but those charges were later dismissed. They were both released with court dates pending.
11/20: ARREST FOR NARCOTICS: Officers observed a County Ordinance violation at Silas Condict County Park in Kinnelon. An investigation led to Lucas S. Vosatka, age 18, of Kinnelon, to be charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released with a court date pending.

11/20: ARREST FOR WARRANT: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop in Morristown. An investigation revealed Edward G. Tenebruso, age 59, of Madison, to have a warrant for failure to appear in Newark City Municipal Court. He was released with a new court date pending.
11/21: ARREST FOR NARCOTICS: Officers executed a motor-vehicle for moving violation in Hanover Township. An investigation led to Georgina Perez, age 22, of Bronx, N.Y., to be charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance. She was released with a court date pending.

11/22: ARREST FOR D.W.I.: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop in Morristown. An investigation led to Kristin D. McGinn, age 28, of Morristown, to be charged with Driving While Intoxicated. She was released with a court date pending.
