PARSIPPANY, N.J. – You couldn't ask for a better scenario: honoring mom on Mother's Day, and helping a local Boy Scout Troop in Parsippany.Troop 72 will be holding a Mother's Day breakfast at Applebee's on Route 46 East in Parsippany on Sunday, May 8 from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.Tickets cost $10 for adults and $8 for kids 10 and under. All proceeds benefit the Boy Scout troop.The breakfast meal includes pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs, and a beverage. To get advance tickets, email andy@sadowskifamily.com.
