POINT PLEASANT, NJ — The 2023-24 school year is under way in Point Pleasant, which means Back-to-School Night is just around the corner.
The opportunity to meet your child's teachers is a key time for many parents and guardians, so here are the dates when you will have that opportunity.

- Thursday, Sept. 7: 6th Grade Welcome Event, 2:30 p.m.-4 p.m.
- Thursday, Sept. 14: Memorial Middle School Back to School Night 7 p.m.-9 p.m.
- Thursday, Sept. 21: High School Back to School Night, 7 p.m.-9 p.m.
- Wednesday, Sept. 27: Ocean Road School Back to School Night, 7 p.m.-9 p.m.
- Thursday, Sept. 28: Nellie Bennett Back to School Night, 7 p.m.-9 p.m.
In addition, the Board of Education meets at 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 18 for the Board of Ed Workshop Meeting/Regular Business Meeting.
