Chopped Champion Chef Serving Dinner At Point Pleasant Beach Eatery
Pop's Corner will have executive chef Andrew Riccatelli of its sister restaurant, The Hudson Rose, preparing a special menu for diners.

POINT PLEASANT BEACH, NJ — If you're looking for a special dining experience, Pop's Corner n Point Pleasant Beach will be hosting a Chopped champion chef with a special menu on Sunday evening.
Andrew Riccatelli, the executive chef of The Hudson Rose, will be presenting the special menu at Pop's Corner. The Hudson Rose is the sister restaurant of Pop's Corner.
Riccatelli came out on top in Season 32, Episode 10 of "Chopped" in 2017, which was devoted to dumplings.

He is known for his creative approach to flavors, expert kitchen skills and coolness under pressure, and has collaborated with many culinary giants including Jean George Vongerichten; Steven Starr, and Bobby Flay.
At The Hudson Rose, Riccatelli "draws inspiration from the vibrant food scene and iconic eateries of New York City, and New Jersey," according to his biography, and "invites each guest to experience a memorable culinary experience."

That is what he hopes people will take away from his visit on Sunday, Dec. 8, at Pop's Corner. The special dinner menu and event will be available from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the restaurant on the corner of Arnold Avenue and Route 35.
