Christmas Tree Lighting And Market In The Park Set In Point Pleasant

The annual tree lighting celebration will kick off the holiday season in Point Pleasant. Mark your calendar.

POINT PLEASANT, NJ — Point Pleasant will kick off the holiday season with its annual Christmas tree lighting celebration and Market in the Park on Saturday, Dec. 2, borough officials announced.

The event is set for 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Community Park, corner of Bridge Avenue and Beaver Dam Road.

The Christmas tree lighting and musical performances begin at 5 p.m. and Santa Claus is scheduled to arrive at 5:30 p.m.

There will be horse-and-carriage rides, local vendors, bounce houses and food trucks, along with family photo opportunities and visits with Santa.

The event is presented by the Point Pleasant Chamber of Commerce and borough officials.
