Drugs, Drunken Driving, Trespassing Among Latest Charges in Point Beach

Point Beach released the following information on the most recent arrests:

On 8/1/11 at 5:29 PM – Juhn J. Stambaugh, 35 of Astoria, NY, was arrested on Harvard Avenue by Stephen Stockhoff for possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

On 7/31/11 at 9:34 PM – Cristian F. Valencia, 33, of Manville, was arrested on the Boardwalk by Officer Richard Corbett for defiant trespassing.

On 7/31/11 at 9:35 PM – Khalil R. Adams, 18, of Piscataway, was arrested on Parkway by Officer Derek O’Neill for possession of marijuana under 50 grams.

On 7/31/11 at 5:51 PM – Marco Maritato, 23, of West Paterson, was arrested on the Boardwalk by Officer Paul Maniscalco for obstructing.

On 7/31/11 at 1:07 PM – Ky G. Ngu, 21, of North Kingston, RI, was arrested on Arnold Avenue by Officer Chris Svenson for possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

On 7/31/11 at 2:10 AM – Jonathan M. Fuentes, 24, of Belleville, was arrested on Central Avenue by Officer Ryan Talty for possession of marijuana under 50 grams.

On 7/31/11 at 1:12 AM – Jody L. Stetz, 26, of Marlton, was arrested on Sanborn Avenue by Officer Tara Slater for trespassing.

On 7/30/11 at 10:12 PM – Luis A. Mino-Solis, 43, of Passaic, was arrested on Ocean Avenue by Officer Jerry Baker for disorderly conduct.

On 7/30/11 at 8:56 PM – Donald W. Simcsuk, 43, of Howell, was arrested on Channel Drive by Officer Gary Siculietano for driving while intoxicated and assault by auto.

On 7/30/11 at 2:33 PM – Davaughn L. Foote, 36, of Kingston, NY, was arrested in the Silver Lake Parking Lot by Officer Matthew Nickerson for possession of marijuana under 50 grams.

On 7/30/11 at 3:49 AM – Alexander M. Dinella, 25, of Iselin, was arrested on Ocean Avenue by Officer Gary Siculietano for disorderly conduct.

On 7/30/11 at 1:56 AM – Lori N. Lasalla, 28, of Brick, was arrested on Route 88 by Officer Frank Finn for driving while intoxicated.

On 7/30/11 at 2:05 AM – Joseph F. Damato, 22, of Brick, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Daniel Leonard for lewdness.

On 7/30/11 at 2:10 AM – Timothy C. Dossantos, 24, of Linden, was arrested on Ocean Avenue by Officer Alexander Clelland for defiant trespassing.

On 7/29/11 at 11:47 PM – Melissa E. Scialfa, 41 of Tampa, FL, was arrested on Ocean Avenue by Officer Michael Guarino for disorderly conduct.

On 7/29/11 at 11:38 PM – Roseann M. Wentworth, 43 of Tampa, FL, was arrested on the Boardwalk by Officer John Caggiano for defiant trespassing.

On 7/29/11 at 10:55 PM – Kyle J. Strang, 24, of Brick, was arrested on Niblick Street by Officer Michael Guarino for possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

On 7/29/11 at 4:17 PM – Daniel A. Padilla, 19 of Suffern, NY, was arrested on Arnold Avenue by Officer Robert Kowalewski for possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

On 7/29/11 at 4:17 PM – Kyrie L. Wesseldine, 20 of Tuxedo, NY, was arrested on Arnold Avenue by Officer Robert Kowalewski for possession of marijuana under 50 grams.

On 7/29/11 at 4:17 PM – Ryan S. Connelly, 23 of Muncy, NY, was arrested on Arnold Avenue by Officer Robert Kowalewski for possession of marijuana under 50 grams.

On 7/29/11 at 2:18 AM – Joseph A. Palmer, 22, of Brick, was arrested on Central Avenue by Officer Stephen Stockhoff for defiant trespassing, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

On 7/28/11 at 6:38 PM – Luis A. Rivas, 28, of Paterson, was arrested on Central Avenue by Officer Jospeh Gippetti for possession of marijuana.

On 7/27/11 at 10:20 PM – Francisco Guerrero, 21, of Point Pleasant Beach, was arrested on Route 35 South by Officer Chris Mosca for disorderly conduct and harassment.

On 7/27/11 at 10:32 PM – Christopher J. Grim, 30, of Point Pleasant Beach, was arrested on Washington Avenue by Officer Jerry Baker for obstructing.

On 7/25/11 at 3:20 PM – Tina M. Kampolis, 44, of Nutley, was arrested on Ocean Avenue by Officer Robert Hagerman for disorderly conduct.

On 7/25/11 at 12:56 AM – Denise L. Sergi, 46, of Point Pleasant, was arrested on Parkway by Officer Christopher Oleksy for disorderly conduct and obstructing.

On 7/25/11 at 12:12 AM – Jahnny Delvalle, 20, of Lakehurst, was arrested on the Boardwalk by Officer Eric Pardo for disorderly conduct.

On 7/25/11 at 12:12 AM – Alberto Delvalle, 23, of Lakehurst, was arrested on the Boardwalk by Officer Alexander Clelland for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
