Former Point Pleasant Man Arrested Again On Child Porn Charges In Philadelphia
Grant Shea was once a rising star in Philadelphia's Emergency Management and had two college degrees.

A former Point Pleasant man who was arrested last year on child pornography charges in Philadelphia has been arrested again for the same crime, according to phillymag.com.
Grant Shea, 29, was scheduled to go on trial to face the early charges. But on Monday he was arrested again, when authorities traced more child pornography activity back to Shea's home, where he lives alone.
Prosecutors also said that some of the activity took place at his parents home in New Jersey, when he was allowed to visit around Christmas. A search warrant of his home in the 2000 block of South Dorrance Street turned up a Samsung Galaxy S4 phone with one of the accounts, and a photo of a young boy being penetrated anally by an adult male.
