Free Point Borough Health Fair on July 20

A free health fair is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 20 at Point Pleasant Borough Hall, 2233 Bridge Avenue.

All residents 18 years and older are welcome to attend for free pulse and body mass index readings and blood pressure, bone density, stroke risk assessment, cholesterol and blood sugar testing.

There will also be free giveaways.

The health fair is hosted by the borough Community Watch program, which consists of police officials and residents, and Ocean Medical Center, Brick.
