POINT PLEASANT, NJ – A GoFundMe has been established to help cover the final expenses of two recent Point Pleasant Borough High School graduates.

20-year-old Marsada “Sadi” Connors, her boyfriend Cole Young, 19, and their dog Maezy were killed in a car accident in Illinois on Friday when a tractor-trailer struck the 2008 Honda Oddessy they were driving in on their way back from a cross-country trip.

The couple, who resided in Brick, played multiple sports at Point Boro, and according to David Drew, who coached both Conners and Young, their passing is hitting the Point Pleasant community hard.
