Kiwanis Collecting Toiletries for Blessing Bags thru Oct. 24

Drop off toiletries at local businesses or bring them to Pointsgiving on Nov. 1

The Kiwanis Club of Point Pleasant is collecting toiletries for blessing bags, which will go to local homeless individuals.

Items are being collected at these locations thru Oct. 24.

  • Revive Health, 3201 Bridge Ave., Pt. Boro
  • Sundae Fundae, 2249 Bridge Ave., Pt. Boro
  • Mauve Shoppe, 2801 Bridge Ave. Pt. Boro
  • Divi Tree Coffee, 2615 Bridge Ave., Pt. Boro
  • Pt. Beach Town Hall, 416 New Jersey Ave., Pt. Beach
  • The Samaritan Center at the Jersey Shore, 36 South St., Manasquan

You can also drop off items to Pointsgiving on Nov. 1 from 1-4 p.m. at Community Park in Point Pleasant. (Please stay and stuff a few bags with us!)

  • Gallon-size Ziploc bags
  • Travel-size lotion
  • Travel-size shampoo/conditioner
  • Travel-size toothpaste
  • Adult toothbrushes
  • Travel-size soap/body wash
  • Bathing wipes
  • Men's crew socks
  • Deodorant
  • Disposable razors
  • Travel-size shaving cream
  • Travel-size hand sanitizers
  • Feminine hygiene items
  • Snacks (bars, small bags)
  • Small water bottles (8 oz.)
