Parade To Cause Traffic Delays On Main Roads In Point Pleasant

Route 88, Bridge Avenue, Arnold Avenue and Bay Avenue all are expected to be affected, Point Pleasant police said.

POINT PLEASANT, NJ — Drivers are urged to avoid several main roads in Point Pleasant due to the Point Pleasant Elks parade, which kicks off at 1 p.m. Wednesday, police said.

The parade is expected to cause traffic delays on Arnold Avenue, Route 88, Bridge Avenue and Bay Avenue, Point Pleasant police said in an alert.

The traffic disruptions are expected to last until about 2 p.m., police said.
