Point Beach Non-Resident Taxpayers Association Meeting Coming Up In Early June

Homeowners who don't live in Point Beach year-round will have their chance to sound off.


Do you own a home in Point Pleasant Beach but don't live here year round?

A number of borough officials, including Mayor Stephen Reid, will attend a meeting of the the Point Pleasant Beach Non-Resident Taxpayers Advisory Committee (NRTAC) on June 10, in the auditorium of the G. Harold Antrim Elementary School.

Reid will speak, along with Council President Bill Mayer, and representatives from the police, fire and EMS departments, the township engineering department and a local real estate agent. They will discuss issues like property taxes, the borough budget, dune and beach replenishment projects, lake flooding, the shop local credit program public safety and real estate matters.
