Point Pleasant Beach High School Student Positive For COVID-19
Another student at Point Pleasant Beach has tested positive for the coronavirus, officials said.

POINT PLEASANT BEACH – A student at Point Pleasant Beach has recently tested positive for the coronavirus, Superintendent William Smith announced on Wednesday.
The district is coordinating closely with public officials and will follow Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, state and local health department guidance, Smith said.
A key component of this coordination includes contact tracing, which identifies and notifies "close contacts" of the student from or near the his or her most recent day in attendance, which was Nov. 10th.
