Point Pleasant Police Arrest Borough Man For Drunk Driving After Motor Vehicle Stop
Arrest came at Route 88 and Curtis Avenue

Point Pleasant police recently charged a borough man with driving under the influence and several other motor vehicle offenses after a motor vehicle stop, Capt. Robert Lokerson said.
Patrolman Jeffrey C. Johnson stopped Richard S. Kelly, 54, Acacia Avenue, on Jan. 28 at the intersection of Route 88 and Curtis Avenue.
He was charged with DUI, failure to drive in a single lane, reckless driving and careless driving. His 2004 Chevy pickup was impounded at Sleepy Hollow Exxon, Lokerson said.
