Point Pleasant Police Charge Virginia Man With Drunk Driving
Arrest took place at intersection of Christopher Road and Beaver Dam Road, police say.
POINT PLEASANT, NJ - Point Pleasant police recently arrested a Virginia man and charged him with drunk driving, Capt. Robert Lokerson said.
Patrolman Robert J. Tobias arrested Martin A. Kane, Virginia Beach, VA at Christopher Road and Beaver Dam Road at 3:15 p.m. on Oct. 29, he said.
Kane was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, no seatbelts and refusal to submit to Breathalyzer tests, Lokerson said.
