Point Pleasant's Haunts In The Park Coming Up
The event is open to families and has a scare trail that picks up after dark.
POINT PLEASANT, NJ — Point Pleasant families are invited to the town's Haunts in the Park, set for Thursday, Oct. 17.
The event starts at 5 p.m. at Community Park in Point Pleasant, at the corner of Beaver Dam Road and Bridge Avenue.
Haunts in the Park is set to start at 5 p.m. for the kid friendly hour, then the scary event begins at 6:30 p.m.

Trunk or Treat is set for Tuesday, Oct. 22 from 5 p.m.-7 p.m., also at Community Park.
