Kiwanis will offer several projects including packing blessing bags for local homeless individuals, stuffing snack bags for local children, preparing holiday candy bags, a book swap for kids, and more. This year, we are adding a children's clothing swap; participants are asked to walk their donations into the park and pre-sort items into boxes on the stage. You can also donate any bagged clothing, which will be donated to Helpsy.
Drive up donation dropoffs

If you want to donate goods but don't want to transport them into the park on foot, a drive up donation dropoff will be at Susan Lane and Beach Boulevard, by the gate to the park near the baseball field. Volutneers will be there to transport donations to the stations set up near the stage in the park. Volunteers will have wagons to assist event-goers with donations.
Participants will be able to vote for their favorite station--the winner receives $100, which was generously donated by Maureen Skea of Ward Wight Sothebys. Perfect Party Rentals has donated tables for the day, and Xplosive Entertainment has donated audio equipment. Shore Business Solutions will provide printing.
We will also induct the members of our Kiwanis Kids (K-Kids) club, which is a free community service club for kids 6 to 11 anywhere in the region.
In the event of inclement weather, the event will be held at an indoor location in Pt. Pleasant. Kiwanis will put an alert out on social media the night before with details.
