Proposed Apartment Building On Arnold Avenue To Be Discussed
The proposed three-story building would be built across the street from Clarks Landing.

POINT PLEASANT – A proposed 16-unit apartment complex on Arnold Avenue will be discussed at Point Pleasant’s Zoning Board meeting on Wednesday.
The proposed building will be across from Clark’s Landing at 842 and 850 Arnold Avenue, where there's currently is a house and a dentist’s office.
The applicant, NorthStar Capital of Point Pleasant Beach, is looking to build a single, three-story building with 32 parking spaces on the lot.

Also on the agenda for Wednesday’s meeting is an application put in by Ocean Shores LLC for a use variance, site plan, minor subdivision, and bulk variances for 604 Ocean Road.
