Recreation Basketball In Point Pleasant Beach; Registration Open

POINT PLEASANT BEACH, NJ — The Point Pleasant Beach Recreation Committee has opened registration for its 2023-24 recreation basketball program.

The program begins Dec. 4 and runs through March 15 at the G. Harold Antrim Elementary School gym.

It is open to children in kindergarten through eighth grade, with separate teams for boys and girls from except for kindergarten.

The program is $80 for one child, $125 for two children and $145 for three children from the same family.

Practices and games are held as follows, and schedules will be announced once registration is finalized:

• Kindergarten (co-ed) is Saturdays, 8 a.m.-9 p.m.
• First and second grade boys, Saturdays, 9 a.m.-11 a.m.
• First and second grade girls, Saturdays, 11 a.m.-noon
• Third through eighth grades: Mondays-Fridays 7 p.m.-9 p.m. and Saturdays 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
