Trick Or Treat Night In Point Pleasant, Point Beach Is Tonight

Both towns have curfews, Point Beach will have extra officers on duty.

POINT PLEASANT, NJ - Police departments in both Point Pleasant and Point Pleasant Beach have established curfews for Halloween trick or treaters tonight.

Point Pleasant's curfew is from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. on Nov. 1. That means no one under 17 years can be out unless they are accompanied by a parent or guardian in any public or private place without permission of the owners, according to the police department's Facebook page.

The curfew in Point Pleasant Beach tonight is from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. on Nov. 1 for anyone under 18 and not accompanied by an adult.

The only exceptions are for school, work and religious events.
