The World Day of Remembrance started in 1993. It is held on the 3rd Sunday of November of each year. It is, as its name implies, held throughout the world.
Please join us to honor the millions who have been killed on the roadways, their families, friends and communities.

We will also pay tribute to the emergency crews, police, firefighters and medical professionals, who deal with the traumatic consequences of road crashes.
The Woman’s Club of Point Pleasant will be planting a commemorative perennial garden for victims of traffic violence worldwide on November 16, 2025 at 2:00pm.
