Borough Beaver Killings Upset Residents

Princeton borough officials are investigating a local animal control officers’ killing of two troublesome beavers last week, according to NJ.com
The move is being criticized by local animal lovers.
But officials said the beavers were contributing to flooding at the Pettoranello Gardens section of Community Park North.

According to state Division of Fish and Wildlife, Princeton’s animal control department, didn’t get the necessary permit prior to euthanizing the beavers.
