W2ZQ has two fully equipped HF stations, operating on shortwave and the 50 MHz amateur bands. The stations are set up for voice, morse code and digital operations. At the EME station, DVRA members communicate with other Ham radio operators by bouncing radio signals off the moon.
The club also holds routine hands-on workshops on a variety of topics, like soldering, antenna design, radio direction finding and build projects, to name a few.
