DWI, Outstanding Warrant Arrests Reported In Princeton
Princeton Police released its blotter for the past week.
PRINCETON, NJ — Multiple arrests for driving while intoxicated and having an outstanding warrant were reported in Princeton recently.
Princeton Police blotter:
On Nov. 28 at 8:07 a.m.: After a motor vehicle stop on Mercer Street for failure to use headlights, the driver and registered owner, Dennis A. Floyd, Jr., 36, of Trenton, was found to have an outstanding criminal warrant with no bail that had been issued by Burlington Township Municipal Court. Floyd was placed under arrest and taken to headquarters, where he was processed. Floyd was subsequently taken to the Burlington Township Police Department, where he was turned over to their agency.

On Nov. 29 at 12:50 a.m.: After a motor vehicle stop on Nassau Street for failure to maintain lane, the driver, identified as Martyniqu Ferguson, 40, of Trenton, was found to have an active warrant out of Hamilton Township Municipal Court for $550 and was arrested without incident. Ferguson was taken to headquarters for processing and later turned over to Hamilton Township Police Department. Ferguson was issued motor vehicle summonses for failure to maintain lane and for having an open container in a motor vehicle and was provided with a court date.
On Nov. 30 at 12:40 a.m.: After a motor vehicle stop on Vandeventer Avenue for failure to stop at a stop sign and an improper right turn, the driver, Paola Abreu, 35, of Trenton, was found to be operating her vehicle while intoxicated. Abreu was placed under arrest and taken to police headquarters, where she was processed. Abreu was issued summonses for driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, failure to stop at a stop sign, improper right turn, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, and careless driving. Abreu was provided with a mandatory court date and subsequently released to her friend/sober adult.
