Princeton, NJ, April 14, 2011-- Johnson Park School (JP) is pleased to introduce The Spring Shoppes.   This is the school’s new approach to fundraising in which parents and local businesses have the opportunity to sell their wares and services and build awareness of their trade.  This more direct outreach to parents and the business community will replace the more frequent but less productive efforts of JP students selling gift-wrap, cookie dough and chocolate bars.

Dr. Robert Ginsberg, principal of JP, commented, “Our goal for the next school year is to have two main fundraisers, one in the fall and one in the spring. Proceeds from these events directly benefit JP’s PTO Residency Program for Pupils.  Our residency program provides curriculum-based experiences for all grades and involves every child at JP several times a year in learning experiences in the arts and science.”
