Final Car Seat Safety Check-Up For 2025 In Mercer County
The Mercer County Sheriff's Office will hold its last car seat safety check-up for the year on Tuesday, Nov. 25.
MERCER COUNTY, NJ — The Mercer County Sheriff's Office will hold its last car seat safety check-up for the year on Tuesday, Nov. 25, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Colonial Fire Company, at 801 Kuser Road in Hamilton Township.
The free program, funded by a grant from the NJ Division of Highway Traffic Safety, is part of the Sheriff's ongoing campaign to help parents, grandparents, expecting parents and others properly secure their children in automobiles.
Car seat safety checks are held regularly at the firehouse on the last Tuesday of each month. However, they are not held in December due to the holiday season. Nevertheless, should a resident have a pressing need for a child seat safety check, call the Sheriff's Office Car Seat Safety Program team during regular business hours. The Sheriff’s Office will do its very best to accommodate your needs.
