Man Charged In Sex Assault Of Missing 14-Year-Old Girl: Police

HAMILTON, NJ - A 14-year-old girl missing out of Trenton was found in a Hamilton man’s truck Wednesday, telling investigators she had been having sexual intercourse with the man over the past two months and had been staying in the man's home, police said.

Andrew Hoehn, 34, was charged with kidnapping, luring/enticing a child, aggravated sexual assault and related charges, Hamilton police said.

Following a police response to a report of a girl in danger in a truck on the 1800 block of Klockner Road, the teen told police she had called Hoehn on Sunday to pick her up, police said. She also said she had been living at Hoehn’s residence for the previous three days and sleeping in his vehicle overnight when his wife was home, police said.

Hoehn was taken into police custody with the help of Hamilton Police SWAT Team and the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office. Hoehn was also charged with aggravated criminal sexual contact, endangering the welfare of a child, distributing a controlled dangerous substance and possession of a controlled dangerous substance, police said.

He was taken to the Mercer County Correctional Center pending a detention hearing.
