Mercer Co. Gets Heavy Wind, Rain Monday: Rain Totals, Forecast
Monday night's nor'easter brought heavy rain and wind to Mercer County. See rain totals:
MERCER COUNTY, NJ — Heavy rain fell across the Garden State Monday, leading the National Weather Service to issue a hazardous weather outlook for 15 counties.
Mercer County got about 1.5 inches of rain in the past 24 hours, according to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. Here are the rainfall totals around the county :
- Assunpink Creek 2 (Trenton area): 1.5 inches
- Assunpink Creek at Peace St at Trenton: 1.56 inches
- Crosswicks Creek at Groveville Rd, Hamilton: 1.51 inches
- Jacobs Creek: 1.87 inches
- Miry Run at Rt 533 at Mercerville: 1.45 inches
- Stony Brook Trib 3 (near Hopewell): 1.77
Heavy winds and rain were reported in many Mercer County townships like Lawrenceville, Ewing and Princeton. Forecasters expect clear weather with some wind in the next few days.

Tuesday night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 37. West wind 10 to 15 mph.

Wednesday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 40. Calm wind.
Thursday: Partly sunny, with a high near 66. South wind 5 to 10 mph.
Thursday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 48.
Friday: Sunny, with a high near 73.
