NJ Foundation Awards $90K In Scholarships To Students

The Princeton Area Community Foundation awarded scholarships to students in Mercer, Middlesex​, Camden, Hunterdon, Ocean and Union counties.

LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ — The Princeton Area Community Foundation has awarded more than $90,000 in the form of scholarships to area high school and college students, according to a release from the foundation.

Students in Mercer, Middlesex, Camden, Hunterdon, Ocean and Union counties were awarded. The foundation said $40,550 was awarded to graduating high school seniors and $52,100 went to renewed scholarships for college students.

“We want to thank our generous donors who have created scholarship funds, which allow us to help these outstanding students,” said Jeffrey M. Vega, President and CEO of the Community Foundation in the release. “We also want to congratulate the students on their achievements and wish them success as they continue their education.”
