Princeton Parking Rate Changes Take Effect

Princeton has rolled out its new parking rates effective Monday, July 8. Here's what you'll be paying.

PRINCETON, NJ — Princeton has rolled out the new parking rates for all day meters and Monday made effective the rate changes for the remaining individual meters.

Rates are indicated on the meters, the town said in a Facebook post.

Single Space Meters:

  • 15 minutes: $.55 for 15 minutes
    • payment required 24/7
  • 30 minutes: $1 for 30 minutes
    • Monday to Thursday: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
    • Friday and Saturday: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
    • Sunday: 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.
  • 3 hours max: $1.75 per hour
    • Monday to Thursday: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
    • Friday and Saturday: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
    • Sunday: 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.
  • All day parking: $1 per hour
    • Monday to Thursday: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
    • Friday and Saturday: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
    • Sunday: 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Pay Stations:

  • Zone 6093: $1
    • Monday to Thursday: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
    • Friday and Saturday: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
    • Sunday: 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Zone 6094: $5 per 24 hours (one to seven days)
