Princeton Planning Board Approves New Apartments: Report
The 65-unit development was met with approval by the board at their June 20 meeting.
PRINCETON, NJ — A 65-unit apartment project was met with approval Monday, June 20, at a Planning Board meeting, according to centraljersey.com. The new apartments are set to replace the old SAVE animal shelter.
The three-acre property, on the corner of Herrontown Road and Mount Lucas Road, will now be home to 65 affordable rental apartments, the outlet reported.
The project will include 75 parking spaces, alongside three- and four-story sections of the building for apartments.
