Tell us about your business and its history in your town.

Here we do New York style pizza and traditional Italian dinners. We also make handmade raviolis and tortellini. All of our sauces are homemade as are our meatballs and crumbled sausage. My wife and I opened this restaurant July 22, 2019. My oldest son, Alex, is my full time pizza man. My son Benny and daughter Sofia also help out on the weekend — we are truly a family business.

How has the new coronavirus impacted your business and its employees?

Well, the impact is more on my sit down business. We had to let servers go, so we are working 70 to 80 hours a week.

How can local customers support you now and in the future?

It’s more of what I can do for my locals. We are still using our high quality ingredients and doing our best to provide excellent customer service. Please be a little more patient on Fridays, it just gets crazy at night. Please wear your mask or facial covering when entering the restaurant. Try ordering online to ease the amount of phone calls coming in.

Do you have any words of encouragement for your community?

We will get through this together. We miss all the families who came in and sat in our restaurant and enjoyed our food. We miss talking to everyone and we hope to see you again soon. Stay safe and enjoy time with your family.

Are you offering any special services, promotions or hours during this time?

Our hours are 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday, 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Sunday. We also offer delivery through the DoorDash app and curbside service.

Are there any other outstanding businesses in town you think deserve some community support?

Tigers Tale, Robinson’s Chocolate, Caring Heart Animal Hospital and Yaya Noodles.
