Theft, Forgery: Princeton Police Blotter
A woman reported two business checks worth $5,675 stolen from her mailbox.

PRINCETON, NJ — The Princeton Police blotter dated June 25 had the following reports:
On June 18, a 39-year-old Princeton ma responded to police headquarters to turn himself in on an active warrant out of Trenton Municipal Court. He was placed under arrest and escorted to the processing room where he was processed accordingly. The man was later transported to the Trenton Police Department where he was turned over to officers of the Trenton Police Department.
On June 20, police responded to a business on North Harrison Street for the report of a past shoplifting. Employees of the business reported that an unknown black man entered the business and shoplifted a bottle of Patsch Tequila Reposado valued at $94.99. The man then left the establishment without paying for the item.

On June 20, police responded to a business on North Harrison Street for the report of a past shoplifting. Employees of the business said that an unknown man entered the business and shoplifted a bottle of Don Julio Anejo Tequila valued at $64.99. The unknown male suspect then left the establishment without paying for the item.
On June 21, police responded to the lobby of police headquarters for a report of theft/forgery. The victim reported that an unknown actor(s) stole two business checks from her mailbox that were later forged and cashed. The victim reported an initial monetary loss of $5,675.00, however, was later reimbursed by the bank.

On June 23, a Linden Lane resident reported that two packages were stolen from the front steps of her residence. The packages contained several items which valued a total monetary loss of $154.70. The suspect, who was captured on camera, is described as a Black or Hispanic female in her mid to late 30’s with dark hair wearing a pink skirt, blue and pink leggings, black high socks, and gray sandals.
