The goal of the program is to allow the citizens of New Jersey to rid their homes of those medications by turning them into law enforcement officials. Those officials will in turn dispose of the medications in a safe non-hazardous manner, preventing these pills from falling into the hands of children or into the hands of drug traffickers.
