Two Men Arrested for Allegedly Stealing $120,000 Worth of Equipment
Police have concluded a two-month investigation.

Princeton Township Police have concluded a two-month theft investigation that resulted in the arrest of two men last week.
Jose Carrasco, 24, of Woodbridge and Froylen Perez, 33, of Perth Amboy have both been charged with second-degree theft.
According to police, the owner of Spray Foam Insulation in Ocean notified them in March that approximately $120,000 worth of equipment had been stolen from a work site on Shady Brook Lane in Princeton Township.

Det. Ben Gering identified two of the company’s employees as suspects and determined they were using the equipment for their personal gain.
Woodbridge police worked with Princeton police and arrested Carrasco and Perez, 33 for using a company vehicle that had been reported stolen by the owner.

The investigation determined that the two men also stole the equipment from Shady Brook Lane. Both individuals have been charged with second-degree theft.
As of Thursday, Perez being held in Middlesex County Jail because he could not post bond and Carrasco was released on his own recognizance following a court appearance.
Most of the equipment has since been recovered and returned to its owner, police said.
