RAMSEY, NJ — A Ramsey man was arrested after investigators found dozens of child pornography files in his possession, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.
Michael Alfone, 79, was arrested Friday in Paramus on a third-degree possession of child pornography charge, Musella said.
Members of the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Cyber Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at Alfone's home on March 4. Alfone "used the Internet to view, download, and possess approximately 100 digital files depicting nude and/or sexually explicit prepubescent and pubescent children," Musella said.
