Morris County leaders, educators host open house for new Career Training Center at CCM (wrnjradio.com) — A new 46,350-square-foot Career Training Center has opened at County College of Morris in Randolph Township, giving local high school students cutting-edge options in medical, dental, AI, renewable energy, and other in-demand fields. Morris County Vocational School District’s share-time programs are now accepting applications from 10th graders through Feb. 17, 2026, offering juniors and seniors half-day technical training with industry credentials and potential college credits.
   

2. Randolph Township Certified as Film Ready Community, Opening Doors to Movie Productions (morrisfocus.com) — Randolph Township has just been certified as a Film Ready Community, positioning the town to attract movie and TV productions and bring new business to local shops and services. With a dedicated film liaison and streamlined permitting, officials say Randolph is ready to welcome filmmakers and showcase its neighborhoods. Residents may soon see more on-location shoots around town.
   

3. Randolph crash that killed four ruled 'not criminal in nature' (northjersey.com) — Investigators have concluded that the April multi-vehicle crash on Route 10 in Randolph that killed four people was not criminal, and may have been caused by a medical episode suffered by the at-fault driver. Authorities detailed how the vehicle sped through a red light at nearly 100 mph, killing the Randolph driver and three others and injuring several more, including young children.
   

4. 2025-26 Morris/Sussex wrestling team-by-team preview capsules (dailyrecord.com) — Morris and Sussex wrestling teams are previewed for the 2025-26 season, including Randolph’s squad, which is counting on its depth to stay competitive. Local fans can scan returning letter-winners, key newcomers, and expectations for Randolph alongside neighboring programs like Roxbury, Morris Knolls, and Mount Olive.
