• NJ Crash That Killed 4 May Have Been Caused By Medical Episode: Prosecutors (patch.com) — Randolph residents are learning more about the April crash on Millbrook Avenue and Route 10 that killed four people, including the Randolph driver whose Mercedes suddenly accelerated to nearly 100 mph. Prosecutors now say a medical episode likely caused her to lose control, and after an extensive investigation, they found no evidence of criminal intent in the tragedy that also injured local schoolchildren.
   

• Randolph Liquor Store Robbed At Gunpoint: Prosecutor (dailyvoice.com) — An armed robbery at a liquor store on Route 10 in Randolph left two employees threatened at gunpoint and one bound in a bathroom while cash and a phone were stolen. The suspects, described only as masked men, fled toward Victory Gardens, and investigators are still working the case. Residents should stay alert and report any relevant information to authorities.
   

• Mennen Division race feels wide open after No. 5 Mo-Beard, No. 17 Randolph tie (nj.com subscription) — Randolph High’s hockey team battled No. 5 Morristown-Beard to a 1-1 tie at Mennen Arena, signaling a wide-open Mennen Division race. Goalie Zack Levesque stopped 27 shots as Randolph rebounded defensively after allowing 11 goals in its first two games, showing local fans this young squad may be rounding into form.
