RED BANK, NJ - An application seeking to construct a housing development on Harding Road is set to be heard by Red Bank officials this week.

Applicant Ray Rap Realty, Inc. proposes to construct a 14-unit townhouse building (previously 16) and two affordable housing cottages, as well as an open space lot, landscaping, site lighting, and storm drainage facilities at 36 Harding Road. The property will also be subdivided into seventeen proposed lots, according to the proposal.

Though the project was approved in August 2017, construction has yet to begin. Last February, the developer announced that the project was slated to open in Spring 2022.
