Red Bank Man Trashed His Own Home, Police Say

Kirk Neal faces a criminal mischief charge.

A Red Bank man accused of trashing his own home ended up being arrested on a criminal mischief charge.

Kirk Neal, 56, of St. Nicholas Place, was arrested on June 11 by Red Bank Police Lt. Daniel Bannon after he allegedly ransacked his borough home, tearing out cabinets and destroying many belongings, police said.

Neal was released but ordered to not return home or have any contact with anyone there, according to the complaint warrant.
