There were detours for "several hours" in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and Chestnut Street in Red Bank on Tuesday.
RED BANK, NJ — Shrewsbury Avenue at the intersection of Chestnut Street was closed for "several hours" on Tuesday.
Police said a utility pole was being installed by JCP&L, according to Capt. Michael Frazee.
