2 Men Charged After Traffic Stop In Ridgewood: Police

RIDGEWOOD, NJ — Two Paterson men were arrested in Ridgewood on Tuesday after they were caught driving a car with stolen license plates, police said.

Officers stopped a vehicle at East Ridgewood and North Maple avenues, said Captain Glenn Ender.

The two men were arrested and charged with receiving stolen property for the stolen plates, Ender said. They were also charged for possession of false government documents.

They also were summonsed for several motor vehicle violations and the vehicle was impounded, Ender said.
