A 23-year-old Ridgewood man was arrested Tuesday after police allegedly found drugs and high capacity magazines at his home.
Alex Norrell was arrested after the Ridgewood Police Department, with the assistance of the Bergen County Sheriff’s Department, conducted a search warrant at his Pershing Avenue residence. He was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of high capacity magazines, according to Captain Jacqueline Luthcke.
Cliffview Pilot has reported “assault rifles have also been seized that are tied to dozens of shots fired into the side of the Old Paramus Reformed Church building,” though Captain Luthcke says they “have not charged [Norrell] with the church shooting.”
