BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — Internationally renowned autistic artist Stephen Wiltshire will hand draw the New Jersey/New York City skyline from memory as he headlines Spectrum Works’ Autism Acceptance Day at the American Dream complex this week.

Wiltshire, who is on the autism spectrum, "will recreate his view from the top of the Dream Wheel attraction at American Dream, showcasing a panorama that includes New York City, New Jersey’s Gold Coast in Jersey City and Hoboken and more," said a spokesperson.

People on the autism spectrum may have issues with social interaction and communication, doctors say. In past decades, autism spectrum symptoms were sometimes classified as other disorders.
