Bergen County Man Had Child Sex Abuse Materials: Prosecutor
A Hackensack man, 46, has been arrested for possession of child sex abuse materials, said the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office.
BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A Hackensack man was arrested for possession of child sex abuse materials after investigators searched his home on Friday, prosecutors said.
Jonathan J. Gavin, 48, of Hackensack was charged with third-degree possession of child pornography, Bergen County prosecutors said.
They said that members of the Prosecutor's Office executed a search warrant "during the course of an internet child sexual abuse material investigation."

Investigators determined that Gavin "used the internet to view, download, and possess items depicting nude and/or sexually explicit prepubescent and pubescent children," prosecutors said.
He was taken to the Bergen County Jail to await a first appearance in Bergen County Superior Court in Hackensack, prosecutors said.
