Cat Rescued From Bergen House Fire [Video]
Firefighters rescued a cat from a house fire in Rutherford Monday. The house was struck by lighting.
BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — Firefighters saved a cat from a Rutherford home that was struck by lighting Monday night.
A video of the cat being reunited with its young owner was posted on YouTube Monday by JeffStang Fire Photography.
Fire Marshal Paul Dansbach said a house was struck by lighting, but could not confirm that a cat was rescued from the home. Numerous people on social media captured the house fire on video.

News12 reported that neighbors heard loud crack before the fire took place. There people were inside the house.
