The Ridgewood Planning Board will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. There may be talk of the downtown housing developments.

The Glen Rock Shade Tree Commission will be meeting at 7:15 p.m. at Borough Hall.

The Ridgewood Teacher of the Year recognition ceremony kicks off at the Ridgewood Education Center at 7:30 p.m.

Stephen Pearcy, lead singer of RATT, will sign copies of his new book at Bookends at 6 p.m.

Wednesday, May 8

The Ridgewood Village Council will meet at 8 p.m. for a public meeting.

Music producer Burt Bacharach will be at Bookends at 6 p.m. to sign copies of his latest.

Comedian/talk show host George Lopez will be at Bookends at 7:30 p.m. to promote his book, I'm Not Gonna Lie.

Thursday, May 9

Trustees of the Glen Rock Public Library will meet at 7:30 p.m.

The Glen Rock Zoning Board will meet at 7:30 p.m.

Talk show host Wendy Williams will sign copies of her new book, Ask Wendy, at 7 p.m. at Bookends.

Production "The College Capers Exposed" kicks off at the Ridgewood Woman's Club at 8 p.m. Tickets are $45.

Friday, May 10

Foreigner lead singer Lou Gramm will sign copies of his book, Juke Box Hero, at 6:00 p.m. 

"The College Capers Exposed" plays its second show at 8 p.m. on Friday.

There will be a free spring fling dance for those with special needs at IHA at 6:30 p.m.

The Ridgewood Concert Band will hold a performance at West Side Presbyterian Church at 8 p.m.

The Travell School HSA will hold its annual Mayfair event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. There will be games, prizes, and great food.

Orchard Elementary School will holds its annual garage sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
