Cooling Centers provide relief to those without air condition as temperatures are expected to keep climbing throughout the week.

With temperatures expected to climb above 90 degrees throughout the week, carrying humidity that will make it feel closer to 100 degrees, officials reported that several designated Cooling Centers throughout Bergen County are open to offer relief from the heat.
In addition to official centers setup by county officials, Ridgewood has offered residents the chance to cool off at the Ridgewood Public Library Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m..
The extreme heat hasn't led to any scheduled changes to the Ridgewood or Glen Rock high school graduation ceremonies on Thursday.
