Cops: Ex-Ridgewood Man, 67, Charged After Police Find Videos of Juvenile in Bathroom

The 67-year-old turned himself in at the Ridgewood Police Department Thursday.

A former Ridgewood resident was arrested Thursday after police say he took videos of a juvenile in a bathroom without their consent.

Nicholas Sunday, 67, who now lives in Prospect Park, was arrested “after a forensic examination of computers and electronic devices seized during a consensual search of his residence and the subsequent issuance of a superior court communications data warrant revealed videos of a juvenile victim taken without their consent in the bathroom of his home,” Detective Douglas Williams said.

Sunday was charged on a warrant with invasion of privacy and tampering with/destroying evidence.
